Margery
Morgan [she/her] holds an MFA in Acting from Temple University and is an Associate Artist with Bag&Baggage Productions. Morgan has performed locally with Portland Center Stage’s JAW Festival; the Fertile Ground Festival; The Hearth Collective; The Reformers and Stage Works Ink. Morgan also works in film, television and voiceover. When she’s not performing, Morgan works as a Realtor with Inhabit Real Estate, specializing in residential home sales. She is beyond excited about The Theatre Company and the opportunity to be a part of their inaugural season.
Sam Dinkowitz

Sam [he/him] is overjoyed to be working with this fantastic coven of artists. Local acting credits include: Macbeth at Shaking the Tree Theatre, Twist your Dickens at Portland Center Stage, and The Year of the Rooster at CoHo Theatre. Sam doesn't have too many voice acting credits, but he did do one 9-hour audio book in 2009 called "Better Safe than Sued". It was a safety manual for Christian Day Camp Counselors, and it was oddly similar to the subject matter of "Vinegar Tom". Sam is also the founder of Spectravagasm Sketch Comedy. Alanna [she/him/theirs] is an actor and content creator from Orlando, FL who graduated from the University of Alabama with a BA in Theatre and a BS in Economics. Pre-pandemic, Alanna was most recently seen in 'Twas the Night Before Christmas at Enlightened Theatrics and The Jungle Book at NW Children's Theater. She is thankful for The Theatre Company for helping theatre chug along, and hopes you will listen to all women and femmes as you listened to Churchill's women.

Chris [he/him] is an actor, director and theatre maker dedicated to artistic risk and the creation of new work. He is a Resident Artist with Artists Repertory Theatre and has performed on numerous Portland stages over the past 20+ years. Chris teaches acting with The Actors Conservatory, Portland Playhouse, and Oregon Children’s Theatre, as well as his private classes. Diane [she/her] has most recently worked with Third Rail Repertory in MOTHER,COME HOME and JOHN, defunkt in GIRL IN THE RED CORNER (Drammy for Best Supporting), and Coho Productions' RADIANT VERMIN. Her upcoming (fingers crossed regarding quarantine) shows will be KISSING THE WITCH at Corrib and MARY JANE at Third Rail. She also performs with Sam Dinkowitz's sketch comedy monster, SPECTRAVAGASM, and has coached incarcerated actors in the Open Hearts Open Minds' Shakespeare program at Two Rivers Correctional Institution. Ashley Mellinger

Ashley [she/her] is a half-Korean actor and producer. After graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and working in NYC for a decade, she moved to Portland, Oregon and co-founded Desert Island Studios to increase artists’ accessibility to film resources. Recent credits include Anne Carson’s adaptation of Antigone, (for audiences in prisons, shelters, and other culturally underserved communities), and Tracy Young’s adaptation of The Winter’s Tale with Portland Shakespeare Project. One of her favorite past credits is Redwood by Brittany K. Allen. It premiered at Portland Center Stage at the Armory in 2019.

Jessica [she/her] is thrilled to be working with The Theatre Company in its inaugural season. She has appeared on many Portland stages over the years with companies including Stumptown Stages, Staged!, Defunkt, Post5, Chahalem Players Repertory, Crave, Lakewood, Shaking the Tree Theatre, Funhouse, Badass Theatre, Anonymous Theatre, Streeter Scenes, Fuse Theatre, sketch comedy group Spectravagasm and others. Some favored roles include Leading Player in Pippin (Drammy nomination), Berger in Hair and Bottom in Midsummer Night's Dream.
Julana Torres

Julana [she/her] is a Portland local with an extensive career in dance, music, and theatre. She returned to the stage in 2016 after a career of teaching with Portland Public Schools where she established the full time dance program for Franklin High School. Since returning, she has been seen in Cop Out (Red Door Project) Between Riverside and Crazy (Artist Repertory) Water by the Spoonful (Profile Theatre), 26 Miles ( Profile Theatre), Óye Oyá ( Milagro Theatre), and Cuba Libre (Artist Repertory). She recently filmed the feature film Losing Addison starring Sherilyn Fenn, and can also be seen performing as the lead singer for popular Latin Jazz orchestra The Bobby Torres Ensemble.
Ken Yoshikawa

Ken [he/him] is a Portland-based actor, poet, and playwright. Like you, perhaps, he puzzles hard on the nature of the Self and mortality in a time of moral and environmental crisis. He is grateful for the love of his friends and family. Previous credits include 1984 (Artists Rep), Renaissance:Technically (Portland Center Stage), The Journal of Ben Uchida (Oregon Children's Theatre), and Chitra, the Girl Prince (NW Children's Theatre). Last year he performed his solo show, The Art Of Flyswatting, at the Pan Asian Repertory Theatre's NuWorks 2019 in New York City. He also published his first book of poetry Monster Colored Glasses with Lightship Press, available for purchase at yoshikawaken.com (all proceeds go to mutual aid efforts in Portland).

Jen [she/her] acting work includes performances at Portland Center Stage, Artists Rep, Profile Theatre, Portland Playhouse, Third Rail, CoHo, Milagro, Oregon Children's Theater and BoomArts. Jen is a freelance director and recently worked at Western Oregon University and Denver Center Theater. She is Founder/Artistic Director of Quick + Dirty Productions through which she produced/directed in both Portland and Chicago. She has written/performed in sketch shows, a band, NBC's Grimm, TNT's The Librarians and short films. CoArtistic Director or The Theatre Company. BA in Theatre from Portland State University.

Nicole [she/her] has been stage managing for companies all over Portland for nearly 20 years. She has worked for Profile Theatre, CoHo Productions, The Christmas Revels, Miracle Theater Group, 2Boards Productions, Many Hats Collaboration, defunkt theatre, Sand and Glass Productions, Oregon Repertory Theatre, Theatre Vertigo, Action/Adventure Theatre, Shaking the Tree, Playwrights West, Chapel Theatre, and spent four seasons as Stage Manager in Residence with Stark Raving Theatre. Nicole is the proud three-time recipient of Portland's Spotlight Award for Stage Management. She is thrilled to help launch The Theatre Company with their inaugural season, working alongside this wonderful team.

Cameron [he/him] is a sound and set designer around Portland, who is proud to serve on the board of The Theatre Company while collaborating with such a talented creative team on this project! Justin Phelps [he/him] has spent the last quarter century in one recording studio or another. During that time he has been responsible for the sound of over 400 albums and soundtracks. Some of more well know music artists he has worked with include The Dead Kennedys, Amanda Palmer, Joe Satriani, Galactic, Smash Mouth, Mr. Bungle and The Neville Brothers. He is also the owner and designer of The Hallowed Halls Recording Studios in Portland, Oregon.

Lynx DeMuth [she/her] is an innovative singer-songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and beat-boxer originally from Colorado who now calls Portland OR home. At 34, she has been breaking new ground in both the live and electronic music scenes for over a decade playing events all over the world including the US, Asia, Europe and Canada. Performance highlights include appearances at Coachella, SXSW, Austin City Limits festival, Boom festival, and playing multiple shows as direct support for Alanis Morissette. Lynx's music combines elements from multiple genres including Americana, Psychedelic Folk, Rock, and Soul. Her music intertwines powerful vocals, lyrics that are both universal and intimate, timely and timeless, and sounds that switch from folky to cutting edge, with raw, melancholy melodies and infectious hooks.
