The Block 17 Apartments boast luxury living in the North corner of the Pearl District. Located conveniently near parks, coffee shops and restaurants, the building itself has a community-driven component with rooftop events for residents, The Ground Floor Project - Block 17’s Cultural Development Events, and a communal kitchen available for classes and gatherings.
TTC would like to highlight Ovation Coffee and Tea located across the park from Block 17. At Ovation, you can enjoy traditional coffee drinks, Moroccan mint tea, or spiced Moroccan coffee and espresso. There are also a host of delicious pastries and menu options for more substantial breakfast and lunch options.
